Amazing stay! ! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with Apple Tea - a great first impression. The hotel had beautiful architecture and intricate designs, giving it a lot of personality. The rooftop terrace was my favorite. The staff provided us with so much information about where to go and directions on how to get there. The complimentary breakfast was convenient and delicious.
Nothing really. The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance of major attractions and close to public transportation.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect - situated in a quiet neighborhood but just steps away from all the major sites in the Grand Bazaar district of the old city. Secondly, the attention to detail was superb - from the tea making facilities in the rooms to the impeccably clean bathrooms. Finally, the breakfast was a delightful feast of local delicacies served on the roof with a beautiful view.
All was more than satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located near major tourist attractions such as the grand bazaar and Sultanahmet. The cleanliness and facilities of the hotel were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was enjoyed with a beautiful sea view.

Great staff, convenient location near tram station and attractions. Amazing rooftop terrace with sea views. Spacious suite for three, stylish decor, Turkish bath in bathroom. Very clean, excellent housekeeping. Hassle-free airport transfers available.

The location was ideal, with all the major attractions within walking distance and easy access to the tram-line. The small-scale of the hotel made it feel cozy and intimate, and our duplex room was perfect for keeping an eye on our kids. The breakfast on the roof terrace overlooking the Marmara was a wonderful experience, and we loved the charming, slightly old-fashioned ambiance of the hotel. The staff were always helpful and responded quickly to our requests. I highly recommend Hotel Niles for a good stay in Istanbul.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to the tram station and the Grand Bazaar. It was convenient for exploring all the main sites in the city, either by tram or walking. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to return to after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet on the top floor had a beautiful view and offered a variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
One aspect that could be improved is the size of the rooms, which were on the smaller side.
